Dawn Latham, CEO, Iowa Society of CPAs
Dawn P. Latham, IOM, CAE is CEO of the Iowa Society of CPAs.
Before joining ISCPA, Dawn was the Director of Public Policy for the International Association of Lighting Designers, providing guidance and support for policy initiatives in Australia, Europe, and the United States. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Director, Government Relations at the American Red Cross, advancing various federal legislative matters important to the charitable community. Dawn was also the Director of Public Policy at the American Society of Association Executives, and she spent some time on Capitol Hill working for a US Senator.
In 2004, Dawn earned the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE). And, in 2016, she completed a comprehensive course study in nonprofit management through the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program.
Dawn graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and is a proud panther.
