Since the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) went into effect on January 1, 2024, many questions have continued to surround it. One of the biggest questions facing CPA firms is whether to provide CTA-related services and, specifically, how to comply with Beneficial Ownership Interest (BOI) reporting.
